Ronghaitai ensures the correct use of products to prevent losses to customers due to product malfunction or manufacturer defects, thereby protecting consumer interests. Upon receiving a customer request, our customer service team will respond within 1 hour, arrive on-site within 24 hours, and resolve the issue. Under special circumstances where the problem cannot be fixed within 48 hours, a replacement or substitute product will be provided to ensure normal operation. Ronghaitai’s professional maintenance team guarantees efficient service, addressing customer concerns whenever and wherever they arise, while minimizing any negative impact on the customer.

Supplementary Services

During the product warranty period, if a product is damaged due to quality issues or shipping by Ronghaitai, we will arrange free replacement of damaged parts or the entire product. Our professional after-sales team ensures exceptional efficiency in replenishment. For large projects in particular, Ronghaitai’s customer service staff will personally follow up at the construction site to stay informed and resolve issues promptly. This service ensures that customers have no worries after purchasing Ronghaitai products.

The company commits to a warranty period of no less than 2 years (if a product is replaced under warranty, the warranty resets to 2 years; bids offering a warranty of less than 2 years will be rejected). During the warranty period, cleaning, maintenance, and inspection will be performed at least every six months. Comprehensive after-sales service standards, specifications, and requirements are in place to deliver high-quality service and effectively address any issues that may arise during product use within the warranty period. Post-warranty service requirements are also reasonable.

Ordering Parts

When customers need to order parts or components due to expansion, updates, or other reasons, Ronghaitai can arrange orders at cost price and provide free installation. This service eliminates the expense of ordering whole new products, fully considers customer needs, reduces costs, and saves money. Ronghaitai maintains a complete inventory of parts. Even for imported products, our customer service team will make careful arrangements.

Furniture Fabric Renewal/Cleaning

Ronghaitai offers over 100 fabric options in various colors and textures for customers to choose from. If items such as seat covers become worn or customers wish to change the original design, simply replacing the fabric can give a full renewal in a cost-effective manner. Additionally, Ronghaitai provides furniture fabric cleaning services to ensure that customers’ furniture always looks new.
